1. Cancellation or Amendment of Appointments

• Dear customers, please be considerate to our other clients. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, kindly notify the center via WhatsApp or phone call preferably at least one working day (24 hours) in advance.

2. Notes on Claiming Insurance

• It is recommended to consult the specific terms with your employed insurance broker.

• The diagnosis stated on our receipts will correspond to the diagnosis indicated on the doctor's referral letter.

• For those utilizing company insurance plans, it's advisable to inquire with your company's Human Resources department regarding those benefits. It's suggested to first understand the necessary documents and procedures for making claims, whether a doctor's referral letter is required or if an insurance claim form is needed to be completed by a doctor or physical therapist. Additionally, customers would be suggested to familiarise themselves with the maximum claimable amount per occurrence, the maximal number of claims and the validity period of the documents.

 

3. Attire and Clothing

• If the area being treated is the knee, thigh, elbow, or upper arm, kindly wear or bring a change of attire, such as a short-sleeved shirt or shorts, to expose the treatment area as much as possible for ease of examination.

• For the treatment of sensitive areas like the buttocks or chest, where exposure is not preferred, please inform the centre staff during booking so that we can make appropriate arrangements with you.

4. Payment Methods

• We accept payment via credit cards (Visa/Master), cash, bank transfers, FPS (Faster Payment System), Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
